1. Use of the Service

Clawsify provides infrastructure and tooling to deploy, manage, and observe AI agents built on top of OpenClaw and third‑party LLM providers. You may only use the service in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the acceptable use rules of any connected providers (such as OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google).

We may update or change features over time (for example, dashboards, metrics, or deployment flows) and cannot guarantee that any specific capability, performance level, or outcome will always be available.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country (if higher), to use Clawsify. If you use Clawsify on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Content, Data & Ownership

You retain any rights you have to the data and content you connect to Clawsify (such as prompts, logs, and configuration), subject to the rights of the underlying LLM providers you choose. Clawsify may process this data to operate, secure, and improve the service, in line with our privacy practices.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of models and providers complies with their respective terms, content guidelines, and data‑handling rules.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Clawsify, including (without limitation) by:

• Using the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform or other users.
• Running automated scraping, scanning, or load tests that degrade the service.
• Violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of Clawsify, its users, or any third party.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these rules or poses risk to the platform, other users, or underlying providers.

5. Third‑Party Providers

Clawsify integrates with external LLM and infrastructure providers. Those services are operated under their own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for outages, quality, or behavior of third‑party services.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

Clawsify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or that outputs from connected models will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawsify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we launch new features or change how the service works. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Clawsify after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
